The free tier includes access to 2 AI assistants, 15 AI providers, and 1 local AI provider. Annual, Lifetime, and Team subscribers get unlimited access to our full library of 30+ AI providers and 3 local AI providers.

Yes! Annual, Lifetime, and Team subscribers can add their own AI assistants. You just need to enter the URL of the AI provider. Once added, you can switch between your custom assistant and the default AI provider.

SidekickBar adapts to your needs by offering both local and cloud providers options. If you use an AI provider as a service, tasks are processed in the cloud. For privacy-sensitive tasks, you can rely on our local AI provider for on-device processing.

By default, SidekickBar has integrated support for Librechat, Open-webui, and Lobehub. You can install these services and connect them to your local AI models or use API keys to integrate with other providers. Once set up, you can access them seamlessly through SidekickBar. SidekickBar's interface is fully localized in 11 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Hindi, and Russian. AI assistants support even more languages for input and output.

Annual subscribers can use SidekickBar on one computer at a time. Lifetime license holders get two PC licenses that can be used simultaneously. Team license holders can use SidekickBar on up to 9 devices simultaneously. Licenses can be transferred between computers.
